Where do you deliver?

We ship to the UK, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, mainland Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the USA.

Disclaimer: Due to customs regulations, wooden products cannot be imported into Australia. Australian customers therefore will only be able to purchase printed items - please inquire ahead of any order so we can establish that your item can be printed in Australia.

For other countries - interested in purchasing, then get in touch and we will provide a delivery quote.

How long is delivery?

Delivery times vary: UK and nearby areas take 3-5 days, Europe 5-10 days, and overseas up to 14 days.

Are there shipping costs?

Yes, shipping fees depend on your location. UK and nearby regions have lower rates, while international deliveries cost more. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions.

Bespoke artwork and large orders will be delivered through specialist couriers and costs will be included in the design quote.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, once your order ships, we provide a tracking number via email.

Do you offer express delivery?

Wherever possible we use express delivery as standard to the UK and nearby locations. All other locations - delivery is standard and tracked.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Contact us immediately; we’ll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue quickly.

International deliveries

Deliveries in some countries may be subject to customs delays. Import duties and taxes may be applicable. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and usually are paid to the courier prior to delivery.
